Mount Sinai Fiber Art Landscape
The Story of God’s Love for His People-- God’s desire and plan to get closer and closer to us.

This fiber art landscape of Mount Sinai was designed for the 24/7 prayer room. It is a depiction of the desire in God’s heart to come closer and closer to His people, and for His people to take steps closer into communion and covenant with their Heavenly Father. God’s crowning desire--communion with His Creation--reconciliation of man to Himself in face-to-face fellowship, joy and fullness.

A prominent message behind the story of Mount Sinai in Exodus 19 is, ‘fear the Lord your God, keep your distance, for if you get too close you will die’. But the message of the NEW COVENANT is “Love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul and strength (and as Jesus Christ added), with all your mind. The very first commandment given to Moses written in tablets of stone on Mount Sinai was, “You shall love me”. It was a declaration over us of who we will become as we encounter God over and over again. We stand in agreement with God over the 1st commandment, here in this place of prayer.

This art is for contemplative prayer. It’s message is that of loving, communion with God and as you are about to approach God in prayer, draw near to God, knowing He will draw near to you. “Who can ascend the hill of the Lord? Those with clean hands and pure hearts.” (Psalms 24:3) To these ones will I look says God, to those who are humble and contrite of spirit and who tremble at My word (Isaiah 66).

MOUNT SINAI

In Exodus 19:4 God says, “I bore you on eagles wings and bought you to Myself...Obey My voice, keep My covenant; then you shall be My own possession, a kingdom of priests, a holy nation in all the earth.” You see yourself between these lines as you stand before Him in a life-long conversation. You shall be called a house of prayer. You are His resting place.

This story begins at the foot of Mount Sinai. This is a love story about how God wants to talk with His people through the smoke and glory in the wilderness of Sinai. 50 days earlier (Passover), the children of Israel were released from Egypt and they have now camped at the foot of Mount Sinai. There, God asked Moses to come up the mountain that He wanted to talk to him. One thing He said was, “get the people ready, in 3 days I want to meet with them at the perimeter of the mount.” Moses’ personal identity has connected to a corporate one.

The 3rd day in the morning, there were thunder, lightening flashes, a thick cloud, and a very loud trumpet sound. All the people trembled. Moses brought the people out to meet God. The mountain quaked violently, the trumpet grew louder and Moses said, “don’t be afraid”! But the people were afraid to hear God speak to them. They said, “Moses, you go for us and tell us what God says, and we will do whatever He says.” (Do not worry, God will get what He wants through His word spoken over us. His love will prevail.)

Hebrews 3-- Jesus the Apostle and High Priest
Vs. 3 and on says, “Jesus the Apostle and High Priest of our confession was faithful to Him who appointed him just as Moses was in all his house. Jesus has been counted worthy of more glory than Moses. Moses was faithful in all his house as a servant for a testimony, but Christ was faithful as a Son over His house, whose house we are, if we hold fast our confidence and hope to the end.” We are God’s house of prayer, as we hold fast our confidence.

Hebrews 8-- A New Covenant
Vs. 8 on; “Behold, days are coming says the Lord, when I will effect a new covenant...I will put my laws into their minds and I will write them on their hearts...and I will be their God, and they shall be my people..for all will know me, from the least to the greatest. A NEW COVENANT means the 1st is obsolete, growing old and ready to disappear.” God is still declaring His outrageous everlasting statements over our hearts. It is our true identity. It is becoming reality.

2 Corinthians 3-- Ministers of a New Covenant
Vs. 6 on, “Christ made us adequate as servants of a new covenant, not of the letter (the Law) but of the Spirit. The letter kills but the Spirit gives life...(7) If the ministry of death IN LETTERS ENGRAVED IN STONES, came with Glory so that the Children of Israel could not look intently at the face of Moses, how will the ministry of the Spirit fail to be even more with glory?...the ministry of righteousness abounds in much more glory, it surpasses the old ...Moses wore a veil but this veil is removed only when a person turns to Christ. But we all, with unveiled face beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory just as from the Lord, the Spirit.”


As we stand in prayer, beholding the face of God through Jesus Christ and the Word of God, we are becoming what He says we are. Fire was the visible presence of God seen by Moses in the bush. Fire of God rested on Mount Sinai. Fire came at Pentecost through Jesus’ promise to rest on individuals. This is what God promised--to be with you and in you.

Gathering the Seers

Chuck Pierce gave a message at the "Gathering of the Seers" Conference at Pasadena, CA this January 2010.

Here are some notes I took:

Chuck Pierce states he has a peculiar understanding of : TIME. It is linked in with your role in an event that sets the course for your life. Be CONFIDENT. Confidence = FAITH. Eyes are opening in a whole new way like never before.

How are you seeing the NEW THING He's doing around you right now...Are you anxious about your future? Anxiety will keep you from seeing. The Lord gives you a gift for the future assignment.
***SPECIAL DELIVERY to Chuck’s wife from the Lord. The gift of simplicity was given to Chuck’s wife to enter into this new season. The opposite of simplicity is anxiety.
MARTHA had anxiety (interpreted: dragging everyone in circles). Mary was tapping into the moment – Seeing her moment. To enjoy it. Be anointed to see the moment. (Don’t be drug around in circles and cycles of captivity by living in the past.

The 3 things of SIMPLICITY: 1. Faith, 2. Focus, 3. Function. If 'function' is first, then you are wanting to GET SOMETHING DONE before you have faith and focus.

Mary was tapping into the moment. Be able to see when your deliverance comes. Expectation that this change will manifest. Change is happening around you. Are you seeing the new "manifest"...Don't go back into old cycles and captivity, break into the NEW. The WAll STREET JOURNAL said this month, "we're going to have to look at time differently if we're going to prosper in 2010."

This season is shifting and you will have the ability to shift with it. Breaking out of the old captivity of the last season. You must say, "I'm through with it." In this new season where everything is changing all around you, God redifines the ground, the relationships you were in, the whole atmosphere.

There will be a crossing over--an excelleration in April. The 10th of April there will come a shift. Things are changing, we are digging new wells...new manifestations of the Holy Spirit are coming. 10 years of baptism - renewal - power and authority - River of God on the verge-new breakthrough.

Reorder your vision - Simplicy from anxiety. Let go and let God move in a whole new way. We're being moved around. Feeling the letting go (soul-ties of the past) are being CUT! You can feel pain if you don't submit quickly as you advance. So you can let God cut them. Wear a new Identity in the new season. We are going from a season of HEARING to a season of SEEING--"You ain't seen nothing yet!"

Ayin in Hebrew means aperture - Capture a moment. You will have a flash of openness in a moment - Spring bubbling out of the ground looks like an eye. The Spirit of Prophecy will come on you and you will begin to prophecy as if it was today. You are cutting your loss from the last season and moving into your new season.

John 1
Jesus connected with John the Baptist's movement
We need to get in on all renewal movements so that we can move forward with the next ones.

Tie up all loose ends in the old. Forgive, go on, cut the losses. Have a clean slate to move forward. Earth, heaven and atmosphere going to shift. When Jesus was baptized by John the heavens opened and God said, "This is my Beloved Son." The heavens will open over us as we move with faith into the NEW.
John 1:36 John said, "Behold (Jesus) the Lamb of God." Not all John's disciples made the shift into Jesus' ministry. Some had a heart for the NEW. You don't have to strive for the NEW, you just move and let go the old. Then, when they came to Jesus, He said, "what are you seeking?" So they spoke it out. And Jesus said, "then come and SEE."

And so Chuck said, make a list of what you are seeking in this new season.

And then speak these things out loud. "Come and SEE"

They, (Jesus first followers) said, "RABBI" (teacher). It is beyond teacher mantle. We just here/see differently "COME AND SEE"

V.42 Simon you will be called Cephas. You are already coming into your new IDENTITY. The old Identity from the last season is no longer. THIS IS a picture of who we all are now.You will not look or be the same as you were last season.

The Lord will start manifesting where we are that people will recognize something's connecting in a whole new way. BEHOLD I DO A NEW THING, DO YOU NOT SEE IT? Luke 24
Will your loss keep you from seeing in a new season...What Jesus was doing in one wineskin for 3 years is shifting to a new wineskin (structure). It doesn't matter how hard or the losses of the last one.

Jesus was moving along (the ROAD TO EMMAUS) into a new season even in the crisis if the last season. Those confused disciples were restrained from seeing it was Jesus talking to them, in His ressurrected body. YOU DO NOT want your eyes restrained from the crisis of the last season. Why don't you tell me your mess from the last season, I want to hear it. Tell me how and what you went through in the last season. He is listening.

God will send people to you who are already seeing and percieving correctly. V.24 Some didn't see/percieve. They didn't believe the women who saw the angels at the tomb. Unbelief causes us not to see.

January February 2010 we're in a faith crisis. Don't be traumatized from last season, but see the new season. Identify your new identity. The disciples constrained the Lord (who they didn't yet recognize)--STAY WITH US--and when they broke bread their eyes opened.

There are places where Christ will come and abide with you as you are gathered together with others. Not just visit, but abide. Stay with you.

Chuck prophesying:
Creative sounds will produce manifestedmiracles--tangible glory will come on air-ways. When crisis intensifies greatness in the atmosphere will increase. (He prophecies over James Goll that for his loss there will be greater manifestations in the 2010 season.

31/2 years Elijah prophecies no rain. I Kings 18. And then he SEES is time. it's time! You know it is TIME. He travails for 7 times and each time sends his servant out to look for clouds. He travailed and travailed, he knew it was TIME for RAIN. There is a different formation coming into the atmosphere. I'm going to announce RAIN is coming. ELIJAH RAN to the gate to establish the WORD, RAIN'S COMING!!!!
I Kings 2:19 Do not be duped by warfare in this season. If you see demons manifesting you've already won.

But Elijah ran away. It took 7 more years to regain. But during that time he learned to see into a NEW REALM. He saw the Hosts of God. 2 King 6 "Those who are with us are more than all the demons with them.!!!"

Burning Bush

I work with Alzhiemer's patients doing wellness. This week we wondered together about the strange phenomenons and happenings in all our lives. We drew a burning bush. Some orange and red crayons were placed in the middle of the floor. This was our burning bush. Like Moses, God will speak to us out of seemingly incomprehensible, non-understandable, life altering situations. I asked the people as we all stared at the orange & red crayons, "What is God speaking to you."

The answers were brethlessly precious.
Dorothy: She took her shoes off.
Wilma: "The Lord always brings us out of the fire. He calls us 'Children' every day and is so kind every day to us. Not just sometimes, but every day, day after day....(Wilma seemed to have no insight, until now)
Me..."be still and know I AM, rest, trust, quiet yourself"
Joann...'Pay attention to Me'

Human Traffiking

Derek Loux and his wife Rene rescued (8 so far) children from the hell of human traffiking and also from hopeless orphanages. Derek recently died on Christmas Eve. 09. Derek was a singer, song writer, prayer intercessor, International House of Prayer Instructor, played instruments such as; penny whistle, piano, guitar & much, much more. The Most Beautiful Words

Psalms are beautiful words from heaven...
The poor will eat and be satisfied; they who seek the Lord will praise Him--May your hearts live forever. O Lord, I lift up my soul; in you I trust, O my God. Don't let my enemies triumph over me. Though the earth be removed and the mountains be cast into the sea, God is my refuge and strength... an ever present help in trouble... therefore we will not fear. There is a river whose streams make glad the city of God the Holy place where the Most High lives. God is with you, you will not fail, God will help you early. Come and see the works of the Lord. Be still and know that I am God... I will be exalted in the earth! I have called you by your name. You are mine, says your God.

Drinking Life

Drink Oh friends, eat your fill Oh Lovers (Song of Songs)

The Word says to drink. Drink of what? Drink of whom? Drink of His love. Drink more. Drink all you can get. There is no end to the 'Drink of Life' found in the "Lover of your soul." Drink deep of someone who loves to drink with you. Because you are a lover of Him. We were all made to love God. How empty the soul who has wine offered which is better than life itself, but will not drink a drop. That is why I say, drink, drink deep and drink all you can of this love that is better than life.
